I. I. Stevens Post No. 51 was based in Woodburn, Marion County, Oregon. The map at the bottom of the page shows the exact location.
The Post was chartered on 5 July 1890.
Fort Stevens in Clatsop County, Oregon was built in 1863-64 to defend the month of the Columbia River from the Confederates, British, and French. In 1865 it was named in honor of Isaac Stevens.
